Changed your mind? You have the right to withdraw from your online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

Your 14-day withdrawal period

The period starts on the day after you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, receives your order. If one order arrives in several deliveries, the period starts on the day after you receive the last item or part. This also applies to sale items.

Tell us you wish to return your order

Let us know clearly within the withdrawal period. You can use our withdrawal form or email info@puremoms.nl. Any other unambiguous statement, including a letter, is also accepted. Please include your name, order number and the items you wish to return if possible. You do not need to give a reason or obtain prior permission.

Sending items back

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to send the items back. You pay the direct return shipping costs. Pack the items carefully, using the original packaging where possible, and keep your proof of postage.

Inspecting your items

You may unpack and inspect an item as you would in a shop. You are only liable for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning. Missing original packaging alone is not a reason to refuse your withdrawal.

Refunds

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or you provide proof that you have sent them back, whichever happens first. We use the original payment method unless we agree otherwise, without charging a refund fee.

If you return your entire order, we also refund the original standard delivery cost. Any extra charge for a more expensive delivery method is not refunded. Original delivery costs are not refunded for a partial return.
