Returns conditions

If we receive an item back that does not meet the return conditions below, we unfortunately cannot accept the return. We will charge you shipping costs again to send the item back to you.

• Return shipping costs are for the customer.
• The order must be returned in the original packaging.
• The item must not be used or damaged.
• Orders outside the 14-day return period will not be accepted.

Please note, the right of return must be stated within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

You can return your order at your own expense and in the original packaging within 14 days, provided it meets our return conditions. Please keep your postal receipt until you are sure that your package has been safely received by PURE MOMS. We may need to see this if we do not receive your package.
