We wish you a lot of fun shopping with us. To make everything go as smoothly as possible, some conditions apply to your order.

1. Offer and Agreement
1.1 When you buy an article from PURE MOMS online via the webshop, you enter into an agreement with PURE MOMS. These terms and conditions are binding and apply to every order placed on this webshop.
1.2 These terms and conditions are always easily accessible during and after your purchase. You can read or download the most recent version of the Terms from our website.
1.3 Every effort is made to ensure that the charges shown are correct at all times. However, if the offer contains an obvious mistake and/or mistake, such as an unusually low price, the agreement is not binding for PURE MOMS and we are not obliged to deliver items at an incorrect rate. If you have any doubts about the validity of an offer, please contact us.
2. Price and payment
2.1 The price displayed in the webshop is the total price including VAT. The shipping costs are stated separately.

3. Delivery
3.1 We do our best to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible. We strive to ensure that the products are shipped correctly. If you nevertheless receive incomplete or damaged product(s), please let us know as soon as possible, but no later than 48 hours after you have received the products, and we will try to find a solution together with you.
3.2 To prevent your order from being delivered to the wrong address, we request that you provide us with the correct contact details.
3.3 Orders are shipped to the delivery address specified by you and via the delivery method you have chosen.
3.4 In the event that an incorrect address has been provided, PURE MOMS is not liable for any costs incurred by you for providing an incorrect address.
4. Warranty and Complaints
4.1 We do our best to display products on our website as completely and accurately as possible. Does the product seem different than expected? You can return it, only unopened and in the original packaging, within the cooling-off period of 14 days.
4.2 PURE MOMS guarantees that the products comply with the agreement, with the specifications stated in the offer and with reasonable requirements of soundness and/or usability.
4.3 If you have a complaint, we would like you to send us an e-mail.
5. Time to think
5.1 You are free to revoke the agreement within a period of 14 days after receipt of the product without giving reasons.
5.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of this. You can easily do this via the return portal. It is also possible to partially withdraw from the agreement.
5.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return. This may be for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery. Furthermore, the following are excluded from the right of withdrawal:
- the delivery of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized (customisation);
- the delivery of goods that by their nature are not eligible for return, spoil quickly or have reached their expiry date;
- easily copyable (sealed) products that cannot be returned if they are sealed after delivery, such as games, DVDs and CDs;
- newspapers and magazines (no subscriptions);
- an agreement to provide services that extends to the provision of
- non-residential accommodation, goods transport, car rental, catering and leisure services, if the agreement provided specifies a specific time or period of performance;
- alcoholic beverages; the price of which has been agreed when concluding a consumer purchase, but the delivery of which can only take place after thirty days.
5.4 Products that are damaged or used, or whose original packaging is damaged, cannot be returned. If these are returned, you may be charged for the return. The amount of these costs is determined by PURE MOMS.
5.5 After dissolution of the agreement, you must return the product as soon as possible, but within 14 days, according to the instructions you received by e-mail.
5.6 PURE MOMS will refund the amount paid including shipping costs within 14 days after receipt of the returned product. In the case of a partial return, we will only reimburse the cost of the returned product. We will refund you using the same payment method used to make the original payment.
5.7 Return costs are for your own account and will not be reimbursed by us.
6. Gift Cards
6.1 Gift vouchers can only be purchased online and can only be redeemed at www.puremoms.nl. The gift voucher can be used to pay for the full value or part of the value of the selected products.
6.2 The gift card cannot be exchanged for the purchase of another gift card.
6.3 If a purchase is not fully covered by a gift card, an additional payment method may be used to complete the purchase.
6.4 Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
6.5 When purchasing a gift voucher on puremoms.nl, the gift voucher will be sent to the recipient's e-mail address immediately after purchase. PURE MOMS is not liable for non or delayed delivery. The customer is obliged to provide a correct e-mail address for delivery.
6.6 A PURE MOMS gift voucher cannot expire.
6.7 The customer is obliged to keep an expired gift voucher in case the customer returns a purchase. Any product paid for with a gift card and returned for a refund will be credited to the existing or a new gift card. If the total amount to be refunded is more than paid with the gift voucher, the remaining balance will be refunded to the other payment method used by the customer (iDeal, Credit card (MasterCard and Visa), Klarna, Apple pay, Bankcontact, Cartes Bancaires, Sofort Banking or Giro Pay).
6.8 PURE MOMS. cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or inactivated gift cards.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 PURE MOMS owns all intellectual property rights with regard to the PURE MOMS brand, the website and the products.

9. Other
9.1 Changes to these terms and conditions will be published on the website. We will notify you of material changes by email. These terms and conditions were last amended on June 8, 2023.
9.2 Dutch law applies. In the event of a conflict, the Amsterdam District Court decides on the case; without prejudice to your rights as a consumer that you have in your country of residence.
